Experience in developing new business models to address emerging business opportunities, working with large teams and working in a matrix organization across various cross functions.

Job Profile
- Proficient in developing and enhancing business, identify business opportunities/ revenue models and generating business plans to achieve the same and locate potential clients in targeted segments to secure profitable business. Responsible to drive Profitable sales Growth of the region with dedicated P & L responsibility
- Conceptualizing, implementing and monitoring of winning business strategies to drive growth in business volumes as well as profitability
- Delivering sustained double digit growths, with healthy Net Incomes
- Proactive leader with refined business acumen and exemplary people skills. Facilitate team approach to achieve organizational objectives, increase productivity and enhance employee morale
- Sound knowledge in areas of Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgery Business Segment, Hernia Solutions, Uro-Gynaecology and all the Surgical Specialities, Large Account Management, Tender Management, Healthcare & Medical devices
- An effective communicator with excellent interpersonal & relationship management skill
- Negotiation skills and the capacity to create and deliver convincing viewpoints
- Track record of initiative, creative thinking, and ownership for attaining performance goals
- Comprehensive understanding of the Market and competitive business environments
Primary Accountabilities
- Handling Sales, Marketing and Service Portfolio for the Region through Products Sales team
- Sales Force Effectiveness
- Managing Top Line & Bottom Line numbers
- Strengthening institutional business of both Private and Govt segment
- Monitoring competitor strategy and building counter strategies to increase the market share of the company
- Building strategic alliances with channel partners through effective relationship management

- Distribution Management – To manage the inventory and Sales
- Tendor Management – Government, Public Sector and Private Hospitals
